Mais uma semana!🙏

Como já perceberam esta semana não há menu, porque como costumo fazer comida a mais em quase todas as refeições, esta semana vamos aproveitar todos os restinhos e "limpar" os congelados mais antigos que temos na arca e no congelador.

Mas quero deixar aqui este texto que li no blogue da JES e que acho que acerta na mouche. Está originalmente em inglês, mas vou colocar também a versão em português.
