Dearest Paula & Nuno, Tareco is a smart kitty—just like our five. At least four of them love to sleep in the house on soft blankies, on top of the bed and even in–between the two of us on the thin summer down duvet with its cover. They all LOVE fresh, clean bed linens! Whenever we change the bed, they're right there and CLAIM it as theirs! What can you do—but love them! Such sweet companions and so attached to their human parents. We have still 30°C+ but it is cooler in the early morning. It was only 15°C when I left for my annual ultrasound and mamogram. First of all, I hope all is well with your annual exams. Praying for you both, as always! ;) Cats are SO intelligent, aren't they? They love their humans parents, and make sure to be near us at every chance. Hi, Mari! Today we're having 23ºC (73.4F) temperatures and it's sunny, but chilly. I blieve you would be warm with that blanket! It's a polar blanket, so it's hot! :)

Paula & Nuno, you both may feel rather proud for having had such a GIANT living in Portugal and touching the lives from so many. May indeed he still become a beacon for the present and future generations.
Amen, Mariette. And you can be proud of many man and women in the Netherlands, that made it the great country it is today, too. I believe we can all learn from the past, to imitate the good examples and avoid the bad ones. :)
Obrigada pela visita ao meu blog Paula. O Tareco esta muito confortavel debaixo do cobertor. A minha Twiggy agora com 16 anos tambem gosta de estar bem quentinha e acima de tudo com a cabeca numa almofada :). Agora so come e dorme, esta mesmo velhota.
Eu também agradeço a visita, Sami! :) O Tareco fez 9 anos há pouco tempo, mas como qualquer gato que se preze, assim que o tempo começa a arrefecer, gosta é de estar tapadinho e quentinho! Os gatos são uns fofos! :D
